About the Yoga
Morning yoga will begin with a dynamic vinyasa class to awaken the body and mind, leaving you feeling energised for the day to come
After a relaxing and adventurous day, the afternoon yoga will allow you to unwind with a gentle more restorative class including Yoga Nidra
There is something for everyone, this retreat offers everything
Lot of opportunities to make the most of the surrounding countryside with relaxing walks on the doorstep

The recently discovered health benefits of open water swimming are now widely recognised, so this could be your opportunity to be brave and have a go at something new
Archery during the day and stand up paddle boarding by moonlight (dependent on the moon of course) are also available
Without any doubt, this retreat is for everyone, those who are new to yoga will be supported and those will a regular practice will be challenged
Perfect for those wishing to escape their daily lives for some pure, relaxing time out
There are plenty of adventures lined up, taking part is optional however we don't think you should miss out on...
Stand up paddle boarding by moon light
Open water swimming
Guided Ghyll scrambling - this is simply making your way through the water, over boulders, slides, jumps, dives and in some cases climbing up the waterfalls. Lots of fun and also great in the rain, as you are going to get wet anyway!
Nothing is compulsory, we are chilled and we want you to be too - but be assured we really want to create a friendly and homely group atmosphere (and it won’t interfere with the yoga schedule) .
All adventures are an additional cost.
